Location: Al Ain, Abu Dhabi. The client needed a modern new-look style which is the modernism movement that became characterized by an emphasis on volume, asymmetrical compositions, and minimal ornamentation. The natural colors are implementetd in the desing, textured materials streamlined forms, and strong geometric shapes.
Common features of modern house plans include large windows, minimal ornamentation, and an open floor plan. The functions and circulation made inside the space were based on the ultimate usage of natural light inside the space.
