Location: Al Ain, Abu Dhabi. The client needed a modern new-look style which is the modernism movement that became characterized by an emphasis on volume, asymmetrical compositions, and minimal ornamentation. The natural colors are implementetd in the desing, textured materials streamlined forms, and strong geometric shapes.
The plan consist of an open floor plan in the living space that prioritizes open spaces with fewer separations between major rooms to encourage bonding and communication with a big landscape view. The pattern was implented in the elevations and sections specially in the walls cladding and some furniture pieces.
